On February 6, 2026, the associations Rinia Contact and Le Nid de Lumière co-organized a creative workshop around the theme “The Power of Choice”, in partnership with the association Camarada, which enabled the participation of beneficiary women.

Led and guided by R.C. Anaider — artist, writer, poet and photographer, and founder of the association Le Nid de Lumière — and supported by the staff of Rinia Contact, the workshop offered a space for artistic and introspective exploration centered on the notion of choice, understood as an intimate, conscious and liberating act. Through painting, participants were invited to let their thoughts and emotions flow freely, expressing themselves through color, gesture and texture on canvas.

The session unfolded in a calm and supportive atmosphere, accompanied by classical music, encouraging focus, release and creative immersion. Participants were invited to reconnect with their inner artistic child, which allowed them to create works that, for most of them, they would never have imagined at the beginning of the workshop.

Alongside the pictorial work, a moment of personal reflection was offered through a questionnaire structured in two parts: Me Today and Me and My Painting. Based on these prompts, participants selected words and fragments of sentences that resonated with their inner world and their artistic creation, thereby strengthening the connection between visual expression and intimate voice.

The artworks created during the workshop were taken home by the participants as sensitive and personal traces of this shared experience. Intended to find their place within their living spaces, they become silent presences, reminding them of the strength of choice, of the creative gesture, and of the inner journey undertaken during the session.

The artistic facilitator, R.C. Anaider, also created an original poem for each artwork, seeking to express through words what colors and textures had silently inscribed within the participants’ creations.

This workshop marks the beginning of a series of creative workshops that will continue in the near future, with the shared objective of offering spaces for expression, empowerment, and inner transformation through art.
