REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY – PACKAGE OFFERS

Taking photos to enhance the value of your property:

Apartment less than 200m2: CHF 250.-
Apartment or dublex bigger than 200m2: CHF 350.-
Villa less than 200m2 with garden: CHF 400.-
Villa bigger than 200m2 with garden: CHF 450.-

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Soft retouching: retouching process with Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Photoshop for natural corrections, including: light, colors and contrast, skin softening, skin redness and erasing any small pimple or skin imperfection
  • Selected photos from your photo session will be published in my portfolio and my social networks. In case you do not want them to be public, a fee of 20 chf/photo will be applied
  • Additional retouched and optimized HD photo: 20 CHF/photo
  • Additional hour for portraits and family photos: 200 CHF/hour
  • Additional person for family photos: 20 CHF/person
  • After colorimetric processing or retouching your photos will be delivered to you with my trademark. Otherwise a fee of 10 chf/photo will be applied!
  • Payment must be made no later than the day of the photo shoot
